It is fully appointed with everything you need to entertain. The laundry room is conveniently located off of the kitchen. There is a maids room which has a lot of storage for things you may want to take to the beach. The building boasts a kids playground and a tennis court...which is hard to find in most buildings in Salinas. The owner has even left rackets for you to use!
