3 rooms house of 811m² in Checa

In Checa a rural place close to Quito, I want to rent my cottage, 3 bed, 2 bath, hot water, phone,full provided kitchen, warm weather, peaceful, furnished , two years old, 3 fireplaces, beautiful garden, apple trees, tangarines, oranges, avocados, red and green birds, you can plant your own gevetables, very confortable, close to Quito airport, taxis, buses nearby, the town of Checa has a park with a church and a vegetable market. I would like to rent for 3 or 4 months when the weather in Canada or up U.S is very cold. I have a leave in couple that could be of help, they have their own little house.
