Ballenita is growing in Popularity as its location has much to offer. The suite is just a short to the beach and Boardwalk Malecon. There you will find several restaurants ranging from Ecuadorian, Purivan, and Italian. Downtown has a few more places to eat including Robertos Rotisserie Chicken and a few very good streetside places to grab something to eat at very affortable prices. There is also a few small stores and a pharmacy. Just 5 minutes up the road we have a very large grocery store and the large central bus station hub. The suite includes Water, internet WiFi, Netflix and Electricity (up to $50.00 Per month). This unit is fully furnished and has very nice ocean views and a great socail area with pool, BBQ, and Bar lounge area. Sorry no pets.
