You can see the new pier, the Malecon...all from your tower in the sky. Each and every bedroom in this unit boasts its own built in closets complete with drawers. They all have their own private bathrooms too. The second bedroom is set up now as an office which is perfect for most of my rental clients who are typically just a couple looking to get away and relax. No need for all three bedrooms...so it is nice to check back with family and friends in your office overlooking the ocean! The laundry is compact but has a washer/dryer combo and laundry sink. The amenities in this building are awesome. The lobby feels like you walked into a five star hotel lobby...in fact we get many people coming in to see if they can stay in this hotel. With a long-term lease of one year or longer, you will have access to the Alamar's beautiful swimming pool. The parking space for this unit is located right in the building...not all are in this building. Some are across the street.
